Ammolite from Canada This material is composed of fossilized ammonite shells, replaced with calcium carbonate, creating a dazzling iridescence. It only comes from a small area of Canada and is VERY difficult to get. These are extremely bright, flashy stones and will make incredible jewelry that will draw attention from miles away - ;). As, or more beautiful than the most exotic black opals, it resembles "magical dragon skin". This material is extremely rare and expensive and is a stone that few will ever even have a chance to see, let alone possess. Get it while you can!
