Purchases using PayPal / Credit Card / e-Check Payments:

To order items from SkyesGems.com simply use the Paypal shopping cart system to purchase single or multiple items as well as shipping. handling and insurance. Paypal allows payment through credit card, instant transfer from your Paypal account or e-checks form your bank account and is free of fees to you. You may also use skye@skyesgems.com to pay through Paypal without the shopping cart.
Uninsured items shipped at the risk of the buyer.

Purchases using "Snail Mail" Payments:
If you would like to purchase with a Money Order, Cashiers Check or Cash, please follow the instructions below:
1 - email e-mail me with your order e-mail me at skye@skyesgems.com
2 - Include the item(s) name(s),
price and your shipping information:		 i.e. "Lightning Ridge Black Opal 03 - $200.00" -  You may also use the shopping cart to get the "Item ID"  i.e. "LightningRidgeBlack03 $200.00"
3 - Add your totals: Add the totals and don't forget to include shipping and insurance you desire.  * International orders please contact me for shipping rates. Insurance not available for international shipping but I have never had an order lost.
4 - Wait for Confirmation: I will then email you back with confirmation of the total, as well as availability of the item(s) and also include my mailing information  to send your payment as shown below:

5 - Sold: I will then place a "sold" marker on the item(s) on the site and allow one week (7 days) for your payment to arrive.

RETURN POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with any item you buy from me, return it to me in the same condition it was shipped within 14 days of purchase date for exchange for item or items equal to your original purchase price minus Paypal fees (if applicable), shipping, handling and insurance - no explanation necessary. I can no longer afford to offer refunds so please resolve all questions before purchasing.

SHIPPING NOTE:
 I ship once a week and the day varies. Occasionally if I have time I ship twice a week. As a single parent this is all I have time for. I do not email customers when I have shipped, this only slows the shipping process down. Rest assured I will get your item(s) to you as quickly as I can and please be patient. THANKS - Skye
