Beautiful
glass pendant vials you can fill with any treasure that you like.
I like to
fill them with Australian Opal Chips. These beautiful
pendant vials will make an excellent gift for that special person in your
life.
You will receive two very
nice pendant vials
with plastic stopper and silver plated metal cap. Easy to use, the plastic stopper
(only needed if using liquid) needs to be trimmed before you put the metal cap on and of course
they need
to be filled with something pretty. The vials are approximately 28 x 7 mm (or just over and inch by a quarter
inch) with a 1/8th inch hole for a chain chord or loop (not included) - the
opening in the top of the glass is about 5 mm. Instructions:
I soak the poly plugs in hot water and
push hard with my thumb against something hard (my thumb still hurts from
pushing them in - it is not the easiest thing to do). Then I use an xacto
knife to trim the rims - leaving just enough to help keep the lid on snug.
Then I use "micro-liquitape" glue (you can get it at hobby stores)
it dries sticky - I use a toothpick to coat the inside of the silver cap and
let it dry - then carefully push it over the trimmed poly plug. I also do
all this under water to keep air bubbles out. You only need the poly plug if
you're using liquid.
