Sicat Plume agate designer gem 12/8/2018 01 - 49 x 18 x 2.8 mm - 18 carats - This is a newly mined agate that will be available at the rock shows in 2019. This stone was mined in the Cady mountains of California and has beautiful, distinctive red and pink plumage in nearly clear agate. This is my first cabochon cut from it and it turned out pretty darn nice if I do say so myself.. The photos represent the stone very well. This cabochon has a beautifully rounded very low dome with a sparkling druzy crystal pocket, girdled sides and a flat beveled back all with a lovely high gloss luster.
